IMAGING

Standard x-rays are available in the office. MRI and CT scanning, if necessary, are available in the building.

PARKING

Parking is available in the garage adjacent to our building. Please be sure to validate your parking. Valet parking is also available for a fee.

POLICIES

Medical records – we require written consent signed by the patient or the patient’s guardian.

Calls received after hours are handled by an answering service.

All minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
